    Dental Care Discount Program
    Typical discounts of 10% to 35% are available to eligible FACT members and their families on many dental services, including but not limited to:
  • + Regular checkups, cleaning and fillings
  • + Cosmetic dentistry (includes whitening, crowns & caps)
  • + Orthodontics
  • + Pediatric dentistry
  • + Oral surgery 
    Other dental programs can be extremely expensive ... ranging in cost from $13.27 to $23.33 per month*. The FACT Dental Program is included in the modest dues and is powered by UnitedHealth Allies, which offers one of the largest and most respected networks of dentists in the nation.

  • Vision Care Discount Program
    The FACT Vision Care Discount Program offers typical savings of 5% to 40% to eligible FACT members. Covered vision services include (but are not limited to):
    + Annual vision exams for the member, the member’s spouse and dependents for $40 each
    + 20% off the cost of eyeglasses, frames, contact lenses and options (tinting, UV protection, etc.)
    + 10% - 20% off contact lens fittings
    + 15% off LASIK laser vision correction (or 5% off special promotion rates)
  • Hearing Care Discount Program
    Your FACT membership allows full access to the American Hearing Aid Association’s 4,000+ hearing care centers. You can simply contact a location near you in order to select a hearing aid from one of 26 different manufacturers -- then pay 30% below the suggested retail price (MSRP) or$300 off the usual and customary charges of the total purchase (whichever is greater). 
    Each hearing aid purchase includes at no additional cost:
    + Free quarterly cleanings and adjustments
    + Yearly audiometric screenings
    + First-year loss and damage insurance and repair warranty
    + Batteries for the life of the hearing aid (up to two packages per quarter)
    In addition, you have access to EPIC -- the hearing network of audiologists and ENT physicians who offer typical savings of 20% to 60% on name brand hearing devices.  A free one-year supply of batters is included, and there are also discounts on testing and diagnostics.  Members have a 45-day trial period to evaluate all hearing aids, and financing is available for qualified members.  As an added benefit, the warranty for repair of a device is extended up to 3 years.
How to Take Advantage
