Enhanced In-Hospital Benefit

Members receive up to $15,000 if they are hospitalized as a result of an accident. If a member or his or her dependent experiences a covered Accident and is admitted to the hospital, the member will receive a $500 benefit per day for each day after a 3-day hospital stay. The maximum number of days to receive this benefit is 30 days per year. This benefit can be used towards the out pocket cost associated with a hospital confinement and is paid regardless of any other insurance the member has for the hospitalization.

Coverage becomes effective on the 1st day of the second month following the effective date of your FACT membership. (Example: If your membership effective date is September 30, your coverage becomes effective on November 1.)
